Delivery and purchase conditions

These rules apply when you use our website Guldviva.com and purchase our jewelry and associated products from Guldviva.

All sales on this site are made through GV Scandinavia AB(Org no. 556791-0418) which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Guldviva Ab.

HOW TO BUY FROM US To buy from us, you must accept these rules and conditions of purchase. You do this by creating an account or providing information during payment. You must be at least 18 years old and it must be legal for you to use our website and receive our products.

PRIVATE INFORMATION Your username and password are confidential. Make sure that no unauthorized person can access them. If you suspect that someone knows your login details, you should change them and notify us immediately.

PERSONAL DATA We protect your privacy and comply with Finnish data protection laws. We use your data to manage your purchases, improve our products and provide you with offers. We may send you offers and information by email, SMS or post.

ORDERS When you order something from us, we will send you a confirmation. We may refuse an order if we suspect fraud, if we don't have the product, or if there are technical errors. The price you see when you order is what you pay, but delivery charges may apply.

DELIVERY We will send your products to the address you provided at the time of purchase. The delivery time may vary. You are responsible for receiving your products and making sure the delivery address is correct.

Right of withdrawal, returns and complaints If you regret your purchase, you have 14 days to notify us and return the goods. You pay for the return shipping and the products must be unused and in their original packaging.

If you notice that something is wrong with a product, contact us as soon as possible. Tell us clearly what is wrong with the product. If you do this within 2 months, it is considered reasonable. But remember that you cannot make a complaint about a product more than 3 years after you bought it.

When making a complaint, tell us about the fault and then send the faulty product back to us. You can also return the product directly to our store, note that this is located in Åland, Finland.

If the product is indeed faulty, or if we sent the wrong product, we will pay for the cost of the complaint. If we cannot fix or replace the product quickly enough, you have the right to a price reduction or to cancel the purchase.

If you want to cancel a purchase, just contact our customer service by email or phone. When regretting a purchase, return the product according to the rules we mentioned earlier.

FORCE MAJEURE If something happens that we cannot control, such as war, natural disasters or technical problems, we are not responsible for not being able to meet our obligations.

COPYRIGHT All rights to our products belong to us.

LIABILITY We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs when you use our website or products, unless it is caused by our mistake.

UPDATING THE RULES We may change these rules at any time. The new rules will apply immediately after we have published them on our website.

LINKS Our website may have links to other websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for what happens on those sites.
