These rules apply when you use our website Guldviva.com and purchase our jewelry and associated products from Guldviva.

All sales on this site are made through GV Scandinavia AB(Org no. 556791-0418) which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Guldviva Ab. Here you will find all our contact details.

HOW TO BUY FROM US To buy from us, you must accept these rules and conditions of purchase. You do this by creating an account or providing information during payment. You must be at least 18 years old and it must be legal for you to use our website and receive our products.

PRIVATE INFORMATION Your username and password are confidential. Make sure that no unauthorized person can access them. If you suspect that someone knows your login details, you should change them and notify us immediately.

PERSONAL DATA We protect your privacy and comply with Finnish data protection laws. We use your data to manage your purchases, improve our products and provide you with offers. We may send you offers and information by email, SMS or post.

ORDERS When you order something from us, we will send you a confirmation. We may refuse an order if we suspect fraud, if we don't have the product, or if there are technical errors. 

PAYMENTS 

DELIVERY We will send your products to the address you provided at the time of purchase. Delivery time may vary. You are responsible for receiving your products and making sure the delivery address is correct. Here you can find our information on our delivery times

DELIVERY DELAYS Should a delay in delivery, deviating from our announced delivery times here, occur due to circumstances caused by us, or by our hired shipping partners, you always have the right to cancel the purchase.

RIGHT OF RETURN If you regret your purchase, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us. Refunds are made after we have received proof that the products have been returned to us, and refunds are usually made in the same way as the customer's payment. Please notify us of your withdrawal in writing by email or letter. You can find our contact details here

RETURNS FOR RETURNED PURCHASES You pay for the return shipping and the products should be unused. 

TRANSPORT DAMAGE Should your shipment be damaged in transit, you have the right to claim the purchase. Contact us in accordance with the instructions for complaints below. 

COMPLAINT You have the right to make a complaint if the product is faulty, broken, or if we have not met the delivery times stated here. If you notice that any of these criteria are met and you want to make a complaint, you should contact us as soon as possible.

Tell us clearly what is wrong with the product or what caused the complaint. If you do this within 2 months, it is considered a reasonable period of time. But remember that you cannot make a complaint about a product more than 3 years and 2 months after you bought it.

We will promptly handle your complaint and if the complaint is approved, we will cover the costs associated with the complaint, including the return of the product. However, we will not reimburse costs incurred on the customer's own initiative.

Refunds are made after we have received proof that the products have been returned to us, and refunds are usually made in the same way that the customer's payment was made.

FORCE MAJEURE If something happens that we cannot control, such as war, natural disasters or technical problems, we are not responsible for not being able to meet our obligations.

COPYRIGHT All rights to our products belong to us.

LIABILITY We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs when you use our website or products, unless it is caused by our mistake.

UPDATING THE RULES We may change these rules at any time. The new rules will apply immediately after we have published them on our website.
